Hi friends! I’m looking for resources to help me be successful in a “Functional Lead” role.

The role is in FinTech
I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.

Anyone out there in a role like this? Any books. videos or even best practices to share?

I want convert every lead I can. Does anyone have tips, books, cle’s or studied this topic?

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Pregnant with my first baby and I’m having the WORST sciatic nerve pain. I had a back injury with nerve damage when I was in my early 20s and at 18 weeks pregnant, it’s almost unbearable. I’ve increased my prenatal workouts like yoga, Pilates and walking because my doctor said that helps but it’s not helping. Any advice from the momma fishes? 🙏🏻
