Type of work - Deloitte
Culture - PwC
As the poster above said, Deloitte is definitely in the top tier in terms of human capital both from a type of work / engagement perspective and also a brand perspective. However, PwCs culture is definitely better
What that said, If I was in your shoes, I would probably go with Deloitte. The Manager title would likely be the reason why. Opens up a lot more exit opportunities.
Thank you M1. PwC culture from what I saw in my past 6 months is that everyone is genuinely nice and helpful, heard things that it is a bit more dry at Deloitte. However the Manager title is very tempting!
Can’t comment on Middle East standards, but Deloitte is the biggest HC practice of the big four (maybe the world). Depending on the money , I would choose Deloitte. D and PwC have very similar cultures tbh - and it’s not a bad thing to start a level lower and succeed than go into M level with many more responsibilities too fast. Good luck with your decision, no bad option here!
