Currently working in pharma and the workload is beyond unhealthy. Same sh*t, different brand. Thinking it’s time to switch to non-pharma. How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?
