Can anyone recommend any good US-based recruiters? I am a senior copywriter.

Are there any free invoice sending and tracking tools? I’m currently using google sheets but feel like there has to be an easier way.

I’ve been dabbling with the idea of getting into copywriting as something to soon the side but I have no experience doing it. What steps should I take (books to read, gigs to start with or pursue, etc) if I want to go from $0 and next to ) experience to $40k or so a year?
