Speak to the HR personnel you connect with , they will provide you with a paid one month leave ( as per your level) or an unpaid one.
Also do note, once you join back, your workload will be reduced and will remain that way for a couple of months till you confirm that you want to bounce back like in the past.
Feel free to discuss any of these/ or more options with your HR personnel , also keep your manager in loop (if he is a supportive kind)

Speak to manager. They can definitely suggest.. In worst case, take the approved WFH option, which again is possible with the manager request
