I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. Highest number of billable hours you have seen in a year?

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

What is the minimum unit of time you bill? A quarter of an hour?

Seems like even the smallest task requires at least that much attention.
