It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Easy choice, McKinsey. BCG just copies McKinsey constantly and doesn’t have a real differentiator like eg Bain with PE
This pretty representative of pwcs work product
Come to BCG for your internship! I get an email per week from the case leadership during the summer to make sure the interns are enjoying their time here. They really care about your internship experience and will bend over backwards to make sure you get the case and learning experience you want.
Food for thought...everyone from my bschool secrion (Hbs) has left McKinsey. Everyone who went to bcg has stayed (4 years later, n of 6). All the Mck-ers complained about their jobs and left between 1-3 years.
Lmao, I just don’t I tell them I work for the D rather for a small local consulting firm doing whatever I do at the D but for startups and small business
Go to BCG... culture is the most important thing. Depending on your McK office and the partners you will have access to, you may not even get to do TMT work. I’m at McK btw
I have good friends at both firms. When I was choosing, this is what helped me: of the people you know going to either, which group do you like better? Which do you feel more like? For me, the slightly nerdier/slightly less arrogant folks were going to BCG, and that’s where I went.
Not to say all McK folks or arrogant or that there aren’t BCG folks who are arrogant, etc. But just think, “Bob went to McK and Suzy went to BCG...” well who do you like better?
At BCG, your office or regional system will make a difference in terms of the work that comes your way. Also what is your primary interest within TMT?
Great people at both. But for me, as soon as I did the 1st round interview, it was crystal clear. Either way you’re clearly winning, both are awesome firms. Pick based on culture fit.
Hmmm don't see dates so maybe way too late, but I would ask both for 5 examples of current work in your area of interest. If they run out at 1 or 2 you'd have learned something
Go for where you think the cultural fit is best. Both are great firms who do very similar work.
