What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

TBH is there really a culture? Everyone from Big 4 and ACN keeps moving to each other. I find it's more dependent on the partner you work with and your practice lead, not some overarching firm culture.
Passive aggressive.
I don't find people I work with robotic. In fact, quite the opposite. Everyone's very unique. Of course depends on what part of the Big 4 you work on.
Your description fits BCG and Bain more. Big four are robotic. Mck.... don't really know how to describe them
Surprise! It depends!
Political like everywhere
EY - fucked
Deloitte is more competitive and has a more driven and results oriented culture from top to bottom and for internal and external functions.
EY is nice and more relaxed but pushes the responsibility onto a narrower group of performers typically. The culture is nicer but less driven and less focused on implementing the means to hit its goals. Internal is simply a checkbox with low expectations while external has to do their jobs for the most part as well.
Big 4 firms definitely have a culture. That culture can vary across groups and during growth it canbe watered down but there is still a culture.
EY has really nice people. Met some people from PwC and they're anti social weirdos. My colleagues told me Deloitte is cut throat. Heard KPMG is pretty chill.
Intellectually curious and collegial
Unable to count
Better as Partner
Red tape
Let's face it, big4 and ACN don't have a culture. Nonetheless, being ex-ACN, I found people there to be a bit more aggressive on average.
