Hi All, Please help to chose between cognizant and harman. I got two offer of 26 LPA from cognizant in kolkata location and 28 LPA from harman pune location. In harman project will be with Adobe client. In cognizant, I don't have any idea about project details. My skill is node js, angular js, JavaScript and experience is 7.3 years. I am from kolkata. Yes, because every good business move is instantly and obviously popular with every single employee.
America, the country with poor workers rights just got worse for some. I can't see Deloitte doing this in Europe. I can't fathom how your country gets people to cheer for no universal healthcare and no workers rights... Oh yes I can, the 99% think one day they'll become the 1% if they just work hard enough (!)
Just shows how easy brain washing is.
So disrespectful to the employees particularly women!

Its fine here right now. There is significant context missing from the Business Insider article that I can't go into, but MOST of us are unimpacted.
I am definitely impacted. L45, Center. Almost 22 years here doing my job well. I am not going to be devastated by the changes but they send a clear signal that I am an afterthought. I feel rather betrayed. I always spoke highly to any6i had a conversation with about Deloitte because I was blown away by the benefits and PTO and commitment to work life balance. I feel it is essential a move to have us just leave and not backfill our position and just hire cheaper elsewhere. Reading about record global revenue for Deloitte in 2025 didn't help either.
