What are questions to ask in an interview with a startup? I work at a medium sized company that brings in ~$70m in revenue with decent health benefits and 401k. I’ll be interviewing with a startup that’s under 50ppl and from what I could find online makes ~$4m in revenue and received a second round of funding (but is in debt). What are smart questions to make sure the company would be a good fit and for me to know what risks I could face joining a startup?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Rising senior here. Interviewed for McK today and my parents (who I’ve tried to explain the importance of these interviews to) burst into my room in the middle asking me to do a task, right in front of the interviewer, and spent a minute arguing with me when I said I couldn’t.
