OP - if you go to my technology and select mobile phones - it should show you what you can select . It goes through a approval process at the backend as well

To be clear. You can’t use your personal phone for work use and charge for it. It must be a phone on the corporate plan. You can transfer your device to the plan but that’s dumb since Deloitte will pay for a phone

like

Deloitte pays for your work phone and monthly bill.

Thanks DD, is there any cap on the device and monthly bill?

If you do Corp phone, uncle d pays for phone (250 every two years for new phone and accessories) and pays for entire phone bill (that you needed for Corp use).

If you use your phone also as personal device uncle D pays 80 percent you pay 20.

How does this work with the more expensive iPhones? Does D pay for Xs?

They pay up to $250 toward a contract priced phone then you pay the difference. I’m not sure what that is these days

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.

I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could.. I want to see if I could negotiate being eligible earlier but I also don’t want them to think I’m pregnant when I’m not actually… How would you approach the conversation?

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system. I am wondering what doors/opportunities I have if I were to utilize my masters degree?

Deloitte fish: I’m an alum trying to do some retirement planning. I was an SM2 vested in the pension plan (I worked in DTTL for 7 years ending 2013) and want to find out what my actual benefits will be and at what age. I have no paperwork and 800-Deloitte does not seem to have a way to route me to the right people. Does anyone have a human contact or procedure that can help me get this info?

Healthcare corporations… please note you have more then 1 shift of workers. You have 3 most times, each shift has to be treated equally. This is and always have been an issue, and you cannot figure out why the other shifts refuse to be active and participate in anything and definitely not engaged anymore.

Facebook Ads after iOS 14 changes.

I'll share my experience and urge you to share yours:

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

What's your experience? Let's all learn.
