For example if I was in consumer product and want to go to Life Sciences and Healthcare or if I was in Life Sciences and went to TMT, is that frowned upon? I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)
