How is Marsh & McLennan regarded in the MEA?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. If this makes you guys feel any better, PwC had 💩 raises this year too. Got promoted to manager and got a 4% raise. Living quite the life here, now I can afford an extra gallon of milk every week, thanks to my awesome raise 🙌🏽

The cyber promotion from sc-c being 20% shows that person was very under paid. I was told to expect about a 10% bump with about. 5% on top which is what I got

@D9 maybe my expectations are off. I got about the same raise last year for getting a 2 as I am this year getting promoted. Doesn't feel right.
Agreed but I think they are taking into account becoming AIP eligible which has been good the last few years

I have little doubt the numbers were correct. Mine is what I expected. About the same as last year. All in consulting will know on Monday.
