Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

3 years is normal now.
People will treat the idea of an early promo more seriously if you have experience at level elsewhere, but it's no garauntee. You will need a track record of operating consistently at SC level if you want to get promoted after 2 years, irrespective of how much experience you have elsewhere.

I’ve seen someone go up for early promo from C to SC in little as 6 months after joining the firm

They’re saying I can move up in 1-2 years given my experience but I need that to be 1 year tops if I’m going down a level.
Lol they always say “can” bc technically you can but the likelihood is extremely slim
OP you work at WMP don’t you?
West Monroe. My advice though, unless Deloitte C is 20-30k higher in base, I’d advise staying at your firm as an SC then jumping in a year with SC title.
2-3 years is the fat end of the bell curve, though it can happen in less time.
