Dollar short, day late
Accenture is 100% up to 6%. One year after starting, you get match. Always vested.
for some of us it’s fully vested after 3
Good on Deloitte, the rest of the Big 4 needs to do the same. For accounting / finance / consulting companies, they really aren’t helping their new employees take advantage of interest with the current paltry 25% of 6% match
EY the worst as always
Was it seriously that low? Accenture has been 100% match up to 6% for many years
This is nice. Our 401k match is dogshit. Really wish they’d scrap the pension and put that money in the 401k match instead.
come to kpmg.
Slalom upgraded 401k to 100% match up to 4% of salary.
Coach
We don’t have a pension though. My Deloitte pension was worth like $14k after 4 years
Their 401k after bump is still barely competitive even with just the big 4…
Does it still take forever to vest and match only get paid once a year?
And yes, still only match 1x per year so you get no benefit of dollar cost averaging. Still pathetic. Still same ol’ Deloitte.
About time they reached industry standards
Damn I left at like 3.5 years
That will be vested over a thousand years. Ok deloitte. Thanks but cash would be better
PwC was 1.5% but the wealth builder was 3-6% so I was getting 7.5% effective when I left 🤷🏼♂️
Deloitte also has a pension plan too?
So 3% is just one component?
Ah yes. Thanks D2. Tbh wish they increased each step .5%. Only benefits those younger/just starting out but fact you can now take it with you no matter what is nice.
Ah that is much better. Accenture has no pension
Brb, sending this post to Tim Ryan.
EY has that for people who have been employed for long (5+yrs), but agree it should be fair and equal for all
Accenture checking in with 100% match up to 6%. And ESPP too
What? Didn’t know that. We have 100% up to 6% and I thought that was the norm
