Deloitte Tax folks please help. I was in the process of interview with tech team which was put on hold for Covid. The whole recruiting team was responsive till July mid and today when I was following up all of their emails bounced back as undeliverable. I am fearing that they were laid off and I was not notified. How to contact the recruiting team back? Anyone has any idea?

At a dead end and don't know what to do besides stop! I've been job searching everyday, some days several hours for 8 months straight. I have about 100 different resumes that I've edited for different type of positions. I've got nothing but denials, recruiter screenings, 2 interviews and ghosted. I really want to give up and just sit and hope for a miracle at this point. Can anyone relate? How are you keeping faith? Any tips or tricks?

Is the process normal ?
Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read?
