I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?

We found out one of our drivers may have a drinking problem. How? Bunch of empty bottles in his truck. Should I ask about this or just let him go to avoid being held liable in case an accident happens?
