I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

Hello! I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager at a 300 FTE sized gov contractor with 2 recruiters under me. One of my recruiters and I are both having babies in August and will be out for 12 weeks. I’m curious about a trend I am seeing: I like to think I’ve well documented my abilities and functions in my CV, as well as my portfolio. I’ve noticed that for some of these jobs that I can check every single box in the job description, I won’t even get an interview. Agency recruitment managers! How do y’all set goals for your department? Do you focus on outreach goals, applicant goals, purely hiring goals no matter the outreach numbers, conversion rates, etc? Asking because I manage two recruiters working with different clients and both work with different styles, so outreach messages for one might not make sense for the other.
