Did MBB reduce experienced hiring due to COVID last year? Or outlook for 2021?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here it goes. In your experience, how much does a PRODUCT owner makes in bay area / San Diego in a medical device company? I got hired as a business analyst but now doing full product owner role, I actually like it and fixing my resume for any internal move or external.

I got low balled when I got here, do not want to repeat same experience

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function.
