Do big 4 hire manager from industry (manager - manager)? I moved from public to industry (a2 to senior). I want to go back to public.

I’m so new to product marketing- was hired as a subject matter expert. I feel like I’m winging it like 85% of the time. Can anyone recommend resources or somewhere I can look to learn more and get up to speed?

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. Does anybody work in a rule for a litigation finance or legal funding company who doesn't hail from a big law firm in background? Basically I have a lot of interest in the area have read a book about it in my free time and was wondering what sort of entry level opportunities I should be seeking.
