I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

When I interviewed people for case interviews I was looking for your ability to clearly articulate to me what the problem was, what’s your approach to solve it, and what your success metric was.
It translated well for the most part in that if you could clearly walk me through the issue in a way that I understood (regardless of if I agreed on your approach), I saw that translate to working with clients.
I would often change the “stakeholder” level I was pretending to be to see how your explanation would change from a c level, to middle management, to an IC.

Performance on case interviews is very predictive of performance in strategy and management consulting roles.

Actually, people who only take 30 seconds (or less than 10-15 minutes depending on the case) on a case are probably bad hires. They often don’t understand the problem, aren’t curious enough to dig into the details to find a workable solution, or are too arrogant to think they need to get more information to test their intuition.
