JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

What’s an Engagement Manager?
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Industry is generally more reflective of the UK demographic as a whole (compared to professional services firms) i.e. expect around 90% of roles to be made up of white British. This is especially the case at the mid to senior levels. That doesn’t mean there is a preference for locals... these companies just don’t necessarily sponsor lots of visas etc. I also suspect that this is why the majority of partners at consulting firms are white British... people buy from people they like and most people tend to like people who are like them.
My team has plenty of non Anglo Saxon partners /MD. We have Gaelish, Picts and Celtics!
Most partners in most consulting are white males either Amecian or British with some continental folks in the mix.

What is an Anglo-Saxon country? Does that include Canada?
Why do you use the term "Anglo-Saxon?" Why not "Norman?"
