Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?
Bain & Company I received an offer to join Bain & Company for SF office but due to family reasons, I will have to stay in the South Bay. Given Bain’s local staffing model, it will be challenging for me to commute to SF and back. Is it possible to be transferred to the palo alto office/is that office fully functioning or does it mainly serve as a hub for partners and research?
McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.
Bain & Company My 13 YO is taking Career and Tech. She is dead set on diving for Michigan. What are her chances of getting hired from MBB with a degree from UM? Or would she need her MBA first? Is a Michigan degree good enough to get you into a top MBA program?

It's a mix! Totally dependent on personal preference and long term goals. After 3 years is definitely safer since you often leave with business school sponsorship so if you don't want to stay in PE after two years you just go to business school and then come back to Bain.

What B1 said, though I’ve found that most who leave for PE go off to b-school so they can return to PE as a VP, vs. coming back to Bain.
Usually, folks jump after 2 years at Bain but another reason staying for a third year is great is because you’ll be supervising on meatier work by that point (otherwise you won’t be managing people for at least a few more years in other industries/PE). There are monetary trade-offs at that point so like B1 said, your goals will dictate what makes the most sense.
We have a handful of folks leaving after their 3rd year in my office (where 1/5-1/4 choose to go to PE each year), but most know early on after they join that they want to shift and therefore go after their 2nd year.
