My friend works here and all I see is him suffering in his life. 0 recognition, round the clock work, guilt trips while taking PTOs, mandatory weekend work, mandatory work on ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS. This is trash of a company. To make things worse, they start underperforming closer to the appraisals. Shameless and pathetic work culture.
