Do y’all respond to every random LinkedIn recruiting message or just ignore them? I generally ignore since I’m not trying to leave but wonder if that hurts me if I am interested in the future. I get like 2-3 inquiries a week.

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.

2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.
