Do you actually think thank-you emails after interviews make a difference anymore? I still send them as it feels respectful and gives me one last shot to reinforce why I’m a strong fit, but sometimes I wonder if interviewers even read them. Part of me thinks it’s old-school courtesy, part of me thinks it’s just noise. What do you think? Still worth doing or outdated ritual?

Hello hive mind. I am currently interviewing with three agencies. Pretty far along with two of them. One of the positions is a Jr. copywriter position while the other two are just for a copywriter. How important would it be to not have the “Jr” before the title? Personally, I don’t care about the title, but wonder about future employer’s?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
