Kpmg is 6-8% company contribution without any individual contribution needed which is pretty good as well.
Nice
That's very company specific. At my company (not EY anymore) the match is 5% plus another 5% company contribution for a total of 10%. It's pretty sweet.
Sound nice
I mean the math on 401ks is crazy, you can make hundreds of thousands extra with just a few percent a year more contributed
The math isn’t that crazy. But yes, contributing more money and allowing that money to appreciate (assuming stock market is alive and kicking when I retire) will generate a larger nest egg than if I invest less.
