I want to move up in my company and I feel this is a good opportunity to demonstrate my eagerness to do so, but I’m stumped on how to start that conversation or even find come up with questions on this topic.

How to deal with people flirting with you at work.
I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go?
