Of course not! There is one thing that no one can ever take away from you and that is the knowledge gained, I wouldn't trade that for anything.
NO! I would never regret that, thanks to my PhD I am in my current position and thanks to that knowledge I have obtained several of my researches, so I could not regret it even if I wanted to.
