Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
PLTR is crushing it the past two weeks.
Anybody using P100 masks instead of N95?
Has anyone used eharmony? Yay or nay?

As an adult, I manage my own schedule. Millennial.
I'm a millennial (1989) and yeah I schedule personal appointments during work hours. I don't know how anyone is supposed to avoid this. I try my best to schedule appointments at the beginning or end of the day, but sometimes I'm taking an appointment at lunch or something.
Yes, I’m a millennial.
Most of my personal doctors / other appointments close to my area only have times available during working hours. I get my work done so it’s never been an issue.
Absolutely. As long as I get my work done, who cares. - 1994 zillenial
Millennial and Absolutely. I’m not a slave to my job. I am a person with a life who occasionally has appts and things to take care of while also getting all my work done. They can coexist. Additionally most of the appointments that I have are during bankers hours so unless I want to forgo all my dental appts and annual dr visits then there’s not an option. Last week I used my “lunch hour” to get a hair cut.
Yes, millennial. Appointments are only available during business hours... when else am I supposed to go? 🥲
Millennial. I avoid it if I can, if not then I don’t feel regret or guilt about it.
Same goes for my team. They give tons of extra time in evenings- I don’t keep track of that.
Just get your work done and generally be available for the big stuff and we’ll be fine.
Yes. X.
Yes, Z
I do whatever I need too. I always get my work done so I schedule shit whenever convenient. Gen x.
Thanks everyone, using this as an unofficial survey to share with my non flexible team 🫠
If someone questions this, then you should leave because this shouldn't even be a question. Obviously try to schedule it during less intrusive times (i.e. not during your daily stand-up call), but as long as you communicate when you're unavailable and why, no one should call you out on it. It's not like most docs are available on weekends and there's absolutely no way in hell I'm delaying appointments for my health just because of an overbearing PPMD
