Do you think ikon/epic will offer partial refund due to covid closure?

Hi, I started my Digital Marketing business about 7-8 months ago with only 2.7 lakh rupees. I've been facing losses every month since then. I understand that I'm failing because I am working alone. I need to know what I'm doing wrong with my pitch and my approach to onboard new clients.

Also I am open to discussing partners and investors even though I have nothing extraordinary to offer right now. But I have a really good brand, story, and grit to make it big with the right help.

I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax. Not to mention regular house maintenance. How is it better than 3.5k rental. I understand appreciation and own house independence. But I am just trying to make numbers work.

So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

How much money would you want to have before purchasing an apartment? I am considering buying an investment property, I have enough cash to purchase outright but it would basically decimate my savings. Mortgage is not an option as I would be purchasing in another country.

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. They already live together in an apartment but both want to move to a house to build equity and have a yard, not share walls, etc. Should one partner buy the house and the other pays rent until they get married, or should they get a mortgage together without being married? Hey all! My SO and I (gay dudes) are looking to move to CO/UT for 3-4 this winter to be close to the mountains and ski every weekend (+ plan to take a few weeks off). We’ve been looking at Aspen Snowmass mostly. Aspen itself seems to be too expensive but we found some affordable places in Basalt and El Jebel. Any tips from the group? What’s the best mountain to be on if our budget is 3500-4000ish/month, need space to WFH, want to be within 30min from slopes and be able to live our gay life?

Just spent a week at Revelstoke BC and that place is ridiculous! They already had 27’ of snow so far this season and it snowed every day we were there. Not for beginners and endless tree skiing and cliff hucking (if interested). Great town vibe and worth the effort to get there. Visited Fernie BC on my last trip and highly recommend that place too!
