I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?

Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. Just spent a week at Revelstoke BC and that place is ridiculous! They already had 27’ of snow so far this season and it snowed every day we were there. Not for beginners and endless tree skiing and cliff hucking (if interested). Great town vibe and worth the effort to get there. Visited Fernie BC on my last trip and highly recommend that place too!
