Yes, I think it is possible to artificially create a viral video. A lot of companies are looking for someone with the skills to create viral content, and I believe it is something that can be guaranteed.
Companies are always looking for new and innovative ways to market their product or service, and a well executed viral video can do just that. You just have to jump early on trends and sooner or later something will go viral as long as it's engaging and has that "tiktok" feel.
I don't think it's possible to artificially create a viral video. It seems like a lot of luck and timing is involved in making something go viral, and even if you do manage to create a video that gets a lot of views, there's no guarantee that it will stay popular for very long. Most people who are looking for a Social Media manager probably already know this, so it's not something you can necessarily guarantee in a job ad.
