Positive company culture starts from the top and every person hired underneath, either contributes or takes away. If you have the right people working for the right goals it is absolutely possible.
Thanks for sharing your point of view. I agree; it should start from top to bottom.
It requires exemplary leadership, values, and a commitment to fostering a healthy work environment. If a company is using a positive culture as a front to lure people in with lower pay, then that's not a positive culture at all.
Honestly, I think with service-based industries...I just don't think it's possible. I've been to all kinds of agencies - massive ones to tiny ones and I see how much deference there is to the client, and how much they are able to get away with
Better or worse at big agencies?
I can say that a positive company culture is absolutely possible, and it's not just a front to lure people in with lower pay. However, it requires a conscious effort from the company to create and maintain that culture, and it also depends on the specific industry and company.
I guess we have to ask what industry
I find sales is performance. And now with sales force they know how to make it really hard to over achieve for the big pay days. And when they do come they raise your goal the next year.
Agree with that. It is getting more difficult nowadays with all the information.
Damn 😭😭 I thought it was fun I try to bring the fun at least but hoping it wasn’t a gimmick
It is never fun... At least when it doesn't work out.
Which industry are you referring to? Sales or Advertising?
Sales industry. But if you have your POV for Advertising, go for it.
It is possible in any industry, but it's not guaranteed. It really depends on the company and the people who work there. Lower pay can be a factor, but it's not the only thing determining whether a company has a positive culture.
I can say that having a positive company culture is not just a front to lure people in with lower pay. It's something that we value and prioritize in our company, and we believe it has a direct impact on our success.
