Do you think that the East Coast or the West Coast is better to work in logistics? One has Asia, one has Europe and Africa. Any advice on where to turn?

I’m trying to transition full time into the Editorial realm, I have some experience, but I’ve had a very hard time getting full time work. So I’ve begun an online certificate program, in hopes it will give me a leg up, as my degree is in a different field. My question is has anyone done the same? And how do they feel it helped? And any other tips on breaking into full time editorial.
