Does all year-1 partners make the same money? I understand overtime due to performance number of shares (EPU-earning /unit) they can earn might vary. Leading up to partnership, everyone's salary will vary as not all sr managers or directors will have the same pay.

How Is the future of C++ language . I have been working on c++ for almost 1.5 years in a health care industry to maintain legacy code base.
But my current pay is only 10 lpa. While my friends in full stack developer role is earning twice my package .

So I am confused , will the package get better if I switch companies ???? Or is it better to switch the tech stack itself ????

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
