ES1, many firms will pay you the difference between your military pay and your firm pay for the time you are gone.
Maybe a dumb question, but what kind of military/reserve benefits are you referring to?
I don’t think I’ve worked anywhere that gave extra benefits outside of what’s legally required, wasn’t aware extra benefits were a thing.
I’d just ask during the interview or email your HR contact.
