Yes, ADHD absolutely affects my health habits. What’s helped me is reframing routines as flexible structures—like prepping food in batches or finding movement I enjoy rather than forcing a gym schedule. Consistency looks different for us, and that’s okay.
Forget rigid diet and exercise plans—they’re made for neurotypicals. We need to stop shaming ourselves for not following routines that were never built for our brains in the first place.
