Does anyone have a good accountant they can recommend they use to set up LLCs for each of their investment properties, and also find tax loopholes? Currently have all properties in my name and looking to de-risk a little.

LLC doesn’t give you any tax advantage considering are pass-through entities, so no tax benefits compared to your current situation

All have a mortgage currently. Understand it may be tough to transfer these mortgages to a LLC, but looking to explore options

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Considering this money all reminds invested I should have a decent nest egg for retirement. I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). It sounds like that's a tall order in the NY/CT area given the prices, not to mention whether I'd be able to get a mortgage on anything below $100K, but I figure I'll give it a shot anyway.
