Does anyone have a PMM competency / skills matrix? Haven’t been able to find a good one online

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.

I am currently a year from finishing my PhD and was looking at VC's as a career path because I like to do meta-analysis of different climate change techs. I networked with VCs and one of them was receptive but didn't have the budget currently for a full time hire. They said they'd be interested in working with me to do a research paper over the coming semester, and was wondering if I could leverage this into a full time offer?

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing?
