Does anyone have a recommendation for a good comprehensive family law cle course?

Is 36 too late to join IB as an associate? Alternatively, can stay in my industry (not banking) as manager.

I’m a creative account manager in retail/eCommerce. I was a creative producer before being an AM.

I’d love to move into tech but I’m not sure how my current creative experience would transfer into tech/at what company. I know there are creative producers/art producers in tech, but what’s the equivalent of a tech creative account manager?

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?

I’m a new grad working in FDD and I’m trying to decide if becoming a CPA is worth it. I do not plan on staying in accounting in the future. I’m more interested in strategy work. I certainly do not want to do Audit. Would you recommend getting the CPA considering my career aspirations? Do you think it’s worth it? If not, what is the best way to use my time efficiently?

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…

The equivalent of this is in SQL, you can use the apostrophe in the beginning of and end of a text. That text will not affect the function of the query, but that text can be seen if you proofread the query.

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved.
