Does anyone have any experience with TCS’ Consulting and Integration Services? I know the reputation that TCS has, but this role is 80% US personnel with the other 20% from Europe, so doesn’t seem like the typical “grind it out” TCS role. Base salary is pretty substantial, so curious to hear experiences. TIA

I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?

Any thoughts?

Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.

BCG or MBB folks, got a call from the recruiter today that the outcome of decision round and calibration call today was positive and the lead partner will give me a call on Monday to discuss with me on the role and offer directly by himself.
