Is it typical for a role to be up this long?

If not, should i be worried about interviews already being underway and my chances being slim at an offer if moved forward?

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration.
