1, speak to your HR about it.
2, start looking out for other opportunities
3, make sure your peace is protected always, do not, I repeat don’t let the boss make you lower your standards of integrity…. All love
HR doesn't work for the employees, they still work for the company. Sometimes that will backfire unless you have others that will support you. I'd start looking for a new job now unless you love your job and want to fight for it. I saw that the new owners of the company I worked for were totally mismanaging the company I worked 17 years for and even said many times that the company was bleeding money. Well, they did a massive workforce reduction instead of remedying the problem. It been 6 weeks and I've submitted well over 150 applications and got zero positive results. I'd suggest using an alies incase your company sees that your looking and penalize you for it. That's how petty the new owners of the company I worked for are.
Do not speak to HR about it. HR is there to protect the company, not you.
Quit asap
Overflow them with everything. I have dealt with this a couple of times and each time I've outlasted them. Copy them on every email, include them on every email, send them so much and just drive them insane until they change. If they are foolishness enough to complain then they will look bad.
Apply for another job for them outside the company.
Find a new job.
I had the same problem for years. HR was zero help. What I did was ,, I got certified and started applying for positions internally (remote project manager) and eventually got interviewed and was offered a position. Now things are totally different. Don’t waste your time with micromanagement, instead use that as your motivation. The harder they make it for you the more motivated you get to get certified and get out. If you get comfortable you will not challenge yourself. Work on yourself not others.
