"Not quite big 4" lol. Gotta love it. Almost as funny as when protiviti sells their SOX work as consulting. Lot of good people there though.

After layoffs and/or when people leave. Attrition is historically low and all new hire + intern-to-full time offers are being honored. The current and future overstaff will make it tough.
There may be some hires late in the fall to prepare for busy season, but they will be much more selective than usual.
