Sinus Rinse really helped me (neilmed)
Flonase plus azalestine (script required) has been my go to during allergy season. Very effective for me while Flonase itself has proved quite useless...
Stop eating dairy and you will never feel better. #1 cause of sinus issues but never gets talked about
Awesome! Disregard my advice then :)

Same issues here, the only thing that ever works for my is prednisone, but I don’t want to be on a steroid forever. I started with ENT who did a nose scope to check for polyps, then sent me for allergy testing (was allergic to every tree/pollen/grass/mold) , then CT sinus scan. He decided my sinuses weren’t bad enough for the sinuplasty, so just started allergy shots. Going once a week (29 shots needed for base) and allergist told me to double up my anti histamines. Also do daily sinus rinses. Still have inflamed sinuses regularly which causes constant headaches, but I’m hoping allergy shots will help. It just takes a while unfortunately.
I have a sulfite sensitivity/allergy that presents as mild hay fever when I consume high sulfite foods. It's linked with allergies and asthma and sort of hard to figure out except for trial and error.
Has anyone figured out how to deal with a constant tingle in their nose? Feels like I’m going to sneeze, but I don’t. Drives me crazy
I had turbinate surgery only to end up having balloon sinuplasty which has helped tremendously. It's outpatient surgery and was painless.
Will definitely this week. Fantastic thank you

Has anyone tried Rhinix nasal filters? Makes sense doesn’t it?
