Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck. I haven't had to do an interview in so long. Can someone please tell me what to expect with the recruiter call? I'm assuming it will be mostly about the role, my skills and background? Do they ask salary expectations? I have no idea what to say for the salary question. Feedback appreciated. Thanks

I got selected for Kroll but facing some challenges regarding salary, I have gone through 3 rounds of interview 2 Technical and 1 MD round, Yesterday HR has sent me a mail to send the salary slip and salary expectation, So I have shared my salary slip and asked for 13L package,

My current package is 6L and HR telling me that they won't be able to give 100% hike and they are offering 10L so please suggest can I accept the offer or I should wait please.

Why mass layoff happens mostly at product based company, and service based companies have big heart to keep not working people on bench without laying off.

I received an offer from Coforge and client is British Petroleum with a CTC of 30 LPA. Presently I am working for Infosys Consulting at 23 LPA (10% variable). Would it be a good choice to go with Coforge and leave Infosys Consulting. Please suggest
