Does anyone know the bonus from staff to senior? PI advisory Chicago

Fear I may have lowballed myself in initial discussions with HR and now expecting a formal offer. Honestly think 10k more would be more fair. What’s the best way for me to negotiate this after the formal offer is presented?

I'm currently in a consulting manager role internal to a well regarded pharma company. However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Should I consider it? The salary increase and location flexibility are alluring.

Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.

Increasing CTCs in india is the single greatest hindrance from becoming a 5trillion economy. Opportunity cost to leave the job and start something of your own is widening. Further are these salaries even sustainable. Revenue of companies hasn't kept pace with compensation increase in india and it's a bubble which is soon going to burst. I'd think twice before accepting the offer in excess of 50% hike

I regularly get mistaken as the “administrative assistant” in meetings and email chains, have had things said to me by men such as “the only way you work in private equity is as a receptionist”, and have even been at networking events where men have literally grabbed my ass when no one was looking. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
