I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Absolutely a pay thing, especially given the current economy.
Yep. They love to hire people who are underqualified so they can pay them less. Its really sad.
As stated previously, this is to save on the almighty dollar. Definitely a safety issue in some cases, but not important enough for organizations to make a change.
Doesn't this create a dangerous precedent? I would not be surprised that a lot of problems will arise later on regarding this issue. I hope it doesn't though.
Yes especially when it come down to the procedure of the company being operational analysis. When they wanted someone with an MBA and technology degree.
Maybe you could bring it up to the people responsible for this? This is definitely a dangerous activity and should not be overlooked at all.
I did to the corporate recruiter to Triage Staffing and they just brushed it off like well that was for that position and who ever was in charge of getting it filled but I was like they have no credentials not even a BA or preferred masters. And they liked about how long they worked in healthcare industry when they said it was 15 when it really was just 4 years. I thought once they want you don’t companies do background checks and would see how long and where they worked along with schooling? Even if you didn’t finish?
To add to that now they act like they are getting paid more money now then from their last job. When one they do not have any credentials not even a BA, when the supposedly the job required a masters. But they got mad their last job because they were requiring them to return to the office and I guess with this job they can hybrid or remote work.
