As young consultants (presumably) from round the place anyone reckon we can set up a zoom call as a networking event?

Does anyone else zoom randomly just zoom out on a call but it does it randomly?

So instead of requiring Zoom. (Re the joke thread)
I've imagined that if I *could* I'd sit on Discord all day with Open Mic, and ask my team top pop in to ask questions.

Would that be reasonable?

When you zoom out far enough, our cities look like nothing more than any hills. And here we are. At work, avoiding work, looking out the windows about where we want to be. Without ever going there.

Peeve: When the presenter sits at their computer for a Webex but has someone else to manage the PPT so they demand “Next Slide” every 3 min. Click our own damn slides you self-important Jackass.

For those that have worked at both Mckinsey and BCG, which platform is the easiest to work with? By platform i mean employee interface : intranet, timesheets, trainings, internal messaging/slack, meetings etc

4+ months sober. I do zoom AA every day but this was the first time I shared as a newcomer. I have some phone numbers from the group and hoping to get a sponsor soon.
