Can't speak for Exxon specifically but I find that oil and gas moves pretty quick. I got mine within a few days after my interview.
Is there someone in HR you can reach out to that you have had contact with?
I used to work there, the old hiring manager rotated to another position not too long ago and was replaced, I received my offer like 3 days after my last interview
Mind if I ask how the culture was there and the training? I started at another big oil and gas company and ngl, it's been a bit disappointing and different than what I expected from my interview. I like the benefits but the culture is lackluster and the ppl seem unhappy. I also have the hunch that there's some turnover going on. I just feel like a number in the sea of ppl. Just wondering if this is the case at other big oil and gas places.
