For EY folks - 2 Questions regarding PERM:
1. Do we have sample JDs for reference? What did you use as basis to create your JD? So far I've drafted mine purely based on projects I've worked on, and aligning to the required experience for the PERM role...
2. If the JD we provide doesn't appear to be vastly different by 51% will the lawyers allow any revision or will the process be stopped at that point?

Been offered a Sr. leadership position making significantly more money at a different company. I’m relatively new to this field, so I’m not sure I should take the leap.
